Stéphane SAUSSIER

Stéphane SAUSSIER is a professor at the Sorbonne Business School, where he heads the Economics of Public-Private Partnerships Chair (EPPP) and the Global Executive MBA (GEMBA). An internationally renowned specialist in the economics of public-private partnerships, he notably wrote, with Jean Tirole (the 2014 Nobel Prize in Economics), a report for the Economic Analysis Council presenting prescriptions for improving the efficiency of public procurement. He has published several books and some fifty articles in books and peer-reviewed journals. He is regularly called upon for expert reports (OECD, European Parliament, UN, etc.).

The EPPP Chair is the result of cooperation between several public and private players and the Sorbonne Business School Created in 2009, it studies the challenges of public-private partnerships in the broadest sense (concessions, partnership contracts, public procurement).
