Is the manageress the future of decarbonation?

Managers, management committees, executive committees, boards of directors... as we know, women remain under-represented at the various levels of corporate responsibility, particularly in the technology industry. The low feminization rate in this sector can be at least partially explained by the gendered segregation of training courses, and in particular the low feminization rate of computer science, engineering and mathematics courses. The situation is alarming, and the authorities are taking action: the "Tech pour toutes" campaign aims to help 10,000 women enter the digital professions.

The sector is also regularly singled out for its contribution to global warming. As a recent study shows, the share of global greenhouse gas emissions from information and communication technologies is between 2.1% and 3.9%.
