Friday January 26, 2024, a group of certified Directors from the Tunisian Institute of Directors (ITA) received, in the presence of Éric LAMARQUE, Director of the Sorbonne Business School, the International Certification of Directors of Companies and Banks.
Company and bank directors are becoming key players in corporate governance. Today, boards of directors and their specialized committees need competent, qualified and independent-minded Directors.
This training course, developed in partnership with the ITA, is aimed at this institute's certified Directors. It enables future Directors, as well as those who have recently taken up their duties or others with more experience, to develop their knowledge, increase their expertise and open up to international comparisons.
After a first edition in October 2022, this intensive three-day short course was run again in January 2024. All passed the final exam and thus obtained the International Certificate of Company and Bank Directors.
